Leanne Victoria Hair Design will only collect personal data about you that is helpful for making a hairdressing appointment or enquiry relating to any hairdressing services or hair care products. This includes name, address, email, phone number, service date, time and history, wedding venue/location, wedding party roles and names, and ceremony/pick up time.
When making appointments your details will be input into Fresha; a salon appointment booking system. If you request a beauty appointment your details will be passed on to Rebecca Jayne. Your name and email address will be entered into Mailchimp (which you can unsubscribe to anytime). I may occasionally contact you with information or offers for marketing purposes. I will not pass on your personal details to any 3rd parties.
When you complete the contact form on my website it will be emailed directly to me. I will respond to your enquiry, although if no booking/appointment is made your personal details will be deleted.
How your data is kept safe
Your personal data is kept safe on a data spreadsheet, Fresha, Mailchimp, and mobile phone contact list – which are all password protected or locked in a secure place, only I have/know the key/password.
How long your data is kept for
Under the UK tax law there is a minimum requirement of 6 years to keep your personal data relating to appointments/bookings after this time your data will be destroyed. Though I will keep your personal data such as name, address, email and phone number for any future contact for marketing purposes unless you give notice of not to receive this information.
What are your rights
If for any reason you believe the information kept on you is incorrect you can request to see this information and have it corrected or deleted.
You have the right to opt in or out of receiving any marketing communication at any time.
